Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to engage with BlueLine Commerce services or enter into any service agreement. By using our services, you confirm you are 18 years of age or older.
BlueLine Commerce provides custom digital services including website development, e-commerce store setup, merchandise design, and ongoing management to police departments and law enforcement associations. Because our services involve significant custom work, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the terms below and any applicable service agreement.
Initial consultations are provided free of charge. There is no cost to book a consultation and therefore no refund is applicable to consultation bookings.
Setup fees and project retainers are partially refundable based on the stage of work completed at the time of cancellation:
Monthly management fees cover ongoing services rendered during that billing period. Monthly fees are non-refundable once the billing period has begun. You may cancel ongoing monthly services at any time with 30 days written notice. You will not be charged for the billing period following receipt of your cancellation notice, provided 30 days have elapsed.
Merchandise sold through department stores operated by BlueLine Commerce is fulfilled by third-party print-on-demand partners. The following policies apply:
Custom merchandise design work (logos, artwork, mockups) is non-refundable once designs have been approved by the client and submitted to production. Design revisions prior to approval are included in the service scope as outlined in the applicable service agreement.

Please include your name, organization name, order or invoice number, and a brief description of your reason for requesting a refund. We will respond within 5 business days.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
BlueLine Commerce reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
